Material Information:
- MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard): Made from wood fibers bonded with resin under high pressure and heat. More dense and durable than chipboard, it does not absorb moisture.
- Chipboard: Composite wood material made from small wood pieces, typically pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and heat with resin. Commonly used in furniture, interior surfaces, and construction applications. Made from recycled materials, resistant to bending, wear, and other physical stresses.
- PU (Polyurethane Leather): A leather-like synthetic material used for its durability, easy cleaning, waterproof nature, and environmental friendliness.
- Metal: Widely used in furniture manufacturing for its durability and strength, maintaining shape and structure, and ensuring stability and longevity. Metal can also have properties such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
- Melamine (LPB): A synthetic material used for surface treatment of chipboard in furniture manufacturing due to its durability and ease of maintenance. Applied to substrates like MDF or OSB to produce durable surfaces.
Maintenance Instructions:
- PU Leather: Use a soft cloth to remove dust. For stains, use lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth to avoid watermarks.
- Metal: For indoor metals, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth periodically is recommended.
- Melamine (LPB): Remove stains with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Protect from water as melamine is sensitive to moisture.
- MDF: Clean with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Protect from moisture and avoid strong cleaners or chemicals as they can damage MDF.
- Chipboard: Clean with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
