Material Information:

• Particleboard: Known as chipboard, particleboard is a composite wood material made from small wood pieces, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. • Melamine: LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of particleboard for furniture and surfaces due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.

Maintenance Instructions:

• Particleboard: To clean particleboard, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water usage and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
• Melamine: One of the most recognized materials in the furniture industry, melamine can be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it’s important to protect it from water.
